Svetlana Radović graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade in 1987, after which she began her career in misdemeanor court, and in 1991 she passed the bar exam. She worked in misdemeanor court until 1994, after which she became a judge in the criminal chamber of the Municipal Court in Backa Topola. She started working in advocacy in 1999, when she entered the directory of lawyers of the Bar Association of Vojvodina, and founded her law office. In 2017, after completing her training at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, she received a certificate for conducting mediation procedures. In her decades-long work, she has specialized in criminal law (including juvenile criminal law - she has a certificate for representation of victims and defense of juvenile defendants), commercial law, misdemeanor law, labor law and other branches of law.

Nikola Radović graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade in 2020, on a criminal law department, with an average grade of 8.37. During his studies, he participated in international and national competitions, and in 2019 he was a scholarship holder of the University of Salzburg for a two-week European Private Law school in the field of civil law. After graduating from the faculty, he enrolled in the Bar association of the City of Belgrade as a legal associate. He worked in renowned law offices in Belgrade, specializing in commercial law, debt collection and advising foreign clients, after which he continued his career as a legal associate in the Radović Law office. Nikola enrolled in Attorney chamber of Vojvodina in 2023. He specializes in commercial law, property law, criminal law, and other branches of law.

Teodora Vuksanović graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2019, after which she enrolled in master's academic studies in the field of criminal law, which she completed in July 2021 by defending her master's thesis on the topic "Secondary victimization of victims of sexual offenses". As a trainee lawyer, from September 2019 to November 2021, she worked in a renowned law firm in Belgrade. She is a regular author of articles for the Law Chamber of Serbia and the LAWlife portal. She was registered in the directory of the Vojvodina Bar Association in May 2022, after which she continued her career as an independent lawyer in cooperation with the Radović law office. She specializes in family law, inheritance law, labor law and criminal law.

Sonja Radović-Paul

Sonja Radović-Paul is a bar-qualified lawyer, an expert on sustainability regulation and a co-founder and managing director of a Berlin-based company Codio Impact. Codio Impact is a technology company which automates the way companies collect, manage and report Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) data. Before Codio Impact, Sonja worked for four years as an independant attorney at Karanović and Partners OAD in Belgrade, consulting clients on all aspects of corporate, M&A and real estate law.
